My name is Sergei Okhotnitski and I currently live in Saffron Walden, Essex and I'm a freelance web designer.

Currently I am a student at the University of Kent, Canterbury studying Computer Science. I work closely with XHTML, JavaScript (inc. jQuery), CSS, XML as well as ActionScript 2.0/3.0 (Adobe Flash), PHP and MySQL. Through combining modern tecnhiques and technologies I design bespoke, powerful websites that can be powered by a secure Content Management Systems (CMS).
